I. General Terms and Conditions before Romance Escort Agency.
1. contract with the intermediary
The agent mediates contracts between the customer and the lady with services within the scope of an escort service. Details are regulated in the general terms and conditions of the respective lady or in their respective individual contractual agreements. The task of the intermediary is to properly arrange the services requested by the customer.
The specific service to be provided by the lady is not a contractual component of the brokerage contract. The arrangement of possible sexual and other services is determined exclusively between the lady and the customer on their own responsibility.
2. duties of the intermediary
The offers of the intermediary are not binding. The intermediary will strive for the conclusion of a contract between the customers and the lady about the desired services.
3. pictorial and textual presentation of the services of the ladies by the agent.
These descriptions are based on information and templates of the respective lady. The agent assumes no responsibility for the content of these details and templates.
4. payment, power of attorney to receive money
For the mediation no separate fee is charged to the customer. The respective services are settled directly between the customer and the lady. As far as the agent is exceptionally entitled to receive the fee, he has for this money-receiving power of attorney.
5. place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, Hamburg/Germany.
II. general terms and conditions of the ladies
1. the nature and scope of the services provided by Damen
The nature and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the customer are determined between them on their own responsibility. For the rest, the general terms and conditions apply.
2. booking - conclusion of contract
A contract between the lady and the customer is only concluded with the acceptance of the non-binding booking request of the customer by the lady.
3. charge
The respective fee refers exclusively to the time and company of the ladies and not to any services beyond that. Any travel expenses will be charged separately; these are to be paid in advance. For this purpose the agent has the power of attorney to receive money. The same applies if a deposit is required by the lady. In all other respects the agreed upon payment is to be handed over to the lady unsolicited at the beginning of the meeting in an open envelope in cash. Other payment options are excluded.
4. place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, the respective place of residence of the lady.
